Nominate someone for the April 2024 Wellness Retreat Scholarship
AllRootsWellness, a 501(c)3 will be collecting nominations for scholarship for the upcoming Get Rooted: Wellness Retreat in Riviera Maya, Mexico taking place April 6th-13, 2024. All applications & nominations will be thoroughly reviewed, and the top 6 applicants will be collected into a pool with 1-2 individuals chosen at random.
In order to be considered, please fill out all questions in their entirety to your truest knowledge. Providing personal information such as income, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age* or other legally protected characteristics is not a requirement. In order for the scholarship to be granted to your nominee, they must fill out a required questionnaire confirming elibigility, privacy statements, compassion statements & sponsorship coverage / incurred costs. This will be provided via email.
The deadline for nomination is February 2nd, 2024.
Applications will be reviewed according to the aforementioned guidelines and recipients will be announced no later than 11:59pm CST on February 5th, 2023. Recipients must confirm receipt within 48H or spaces will be opened up to other applicants to provide a fair opportunity for everyone. To ensure your applicant does not miss this email, please ask them to add “hello@allrootswellness.com” to their contacts within their email account.
