Below are free resources you can use to find support, education, & additional help to support you,family & friends in times of need. Please feel free to share this page with anyone who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mental wellbeing, subtance abuse or financial difficulties in times of need.


Find a Therapist

Psychology Today allows you to find a therapist and filter by preferred speciality, sex, gender, types of therapy, language, faith, and ethnicity.

You can also filter by insurance, price, and find therapists who work on a sliding scale.


988 crisis hotline

988 is a confidential hotline you can call when you’re experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal ideation; you can dial this number directly from your phone to speak with someone 24/7.


NAMI

NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) offers free resources, support, and educational materials about mental health. They also have helplines and local support groups.


SAMHSA's National Helpline

1-800-662-HELP (4357)

A confidential, free, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.


7 Cups of Tea

7 Cups of Tea connects users with trained listeners for free chat-based emotional support with 24/7 chat, along with self help guides. They also offer online therapy with licensed therapists for a $150/month fee, but the listener service is free.


Insight Timer

Insight Timer is a free app that provides thousands of free meditations, talks, music, and timers to use for your meditation practice. This is an app I use daily and is perfect for everyone from beginners to seasoned meditators.
