How to Help Yourself (or Someone Else) Through a Panic Attack

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve experienced a panic attack, so after my recent episode, I immediately came down on myself; why was this happening to me? Of course, the self shame wasn’t helping how I was feeling in the moment - and thankfully I switched my thought process over to one of self-kindness. I came back to my breathe and like I always have in the past, I got through it - and went on to enjoy the day in nature.
