Releasing the Overwhelm

It takes a LOT of energy to resist anxiety and that feeling of being overwhelmed. Often times, we try to avoid it because we either: want to keep pushing forward without stopping OR we don’t want to actually feel the heavy emotions that we’re feeling.

Unfortunately, ignoring heavy emotions can actually prevent us from accomplishing either of these things and it drains us in the process. Here are 5 tools I’m using to help release anxiety and the feeling of overwhelm.
